After running two successful practices for 19 years, Dr. Saleh decided to focus on creating a practice model designed to provide high-quality dental implants at a significantly reduced cost. He implemented several strategies that reduced the cost of dental implants by 40-50%, including:
1- Limiting our practice focus to dental implants service : Over 90% of the services provided at our practice are related to dental implants. This focus allows us to eliminate costs associated with equipment, technology, instruments, and materials required for other dental procedures.
2- Elimination of Dental Insurance: A significant part of operating costs comes from the overhead associated with managing dental insurance claims. To combat this, Dr. Saleh decided to eliminate billing dental insurance directly, though assistance with patient claims remains available. This shift was essential in minimizing our costs. Consequently, our office consists solely of a clinical team of doctors and assistants, reducing our expenses by 30%. These savings are directly passed on to our patients.
3- We make use of high-quality dental implants that are no longer subject to patent protection, with the exception of All-on-4 Dental implants. While the technology and design are no longer under patent protection, the term "All-on-4® dental implants" is a registered trademark owned by Nobel Biocare. Therefore, for this particular procedure, we utilize Nobel Biocare products exclusively.
